I had a great stay with a well-equipped, clean room and a comfortable bed in a convenient location with a market and convenience store nearby.

I liked the size of the rooms.

There were not ice machine on every floor.

At check-out I was presented with a bill $40 higher than what I had booked on Booked.net. The receptionist was dismissive, saying, oh it's just add ons like taxes. I said no, it is $40 different. Then she tried to make me understand it was something I would have to iron out with Booked.net! I really had to insist. I was not too happy about that, first the mistake, and second the reluctance to fix it. I was in a hurry to get to the airport. An apology came rather late in the game. An otherwise good stay, but this was very unprofessional.

This place is perfect, quite clean in a lovely building, offering well-equipped, brand-new rooms with a comfy bed and microwave.

Unbeatable location for exploring Austin with a shuttle to the airport. Walking distance to a market and a convenience store across the street. Brand-new and trendy room, comfy bed and pillows. Incredibly beautiful view and a shower, hairdryers and towels in the bathroom.

This place is a great spot to stay in Austin, with plenty of room to stretch out and relax.

The restaurant here offers great service and I had a wonderful weekend stay with excellent experiences.

The hotel is clean and the room is modern. The staff is amazingly nice and pleasant. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. Amenities include a microwave, a fridge, and coffee/tea making facilities. A bath is available in the bathroom. The location is close to the bistro with a huge variety of food options nearby.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The proximity to the airport was extremely convenient, and the shuttle service was excellent. I loved being able to leave my car parked at the hotel while I was away. The room was modern, spacious, and well-equipped. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the renovated room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
